The Kilworth Squashball Rally route is a closely guarded secret!

Each day just ten minutes before they set off the teams are given the route for that day - but only for that day, up to where they will be sleeping that evening!

In it's first year the Rally took the teams north - very north! Through the north east, up into Scotland and even into the Scotish Isles!

Last year the organisers took the teans south - and again very south! Across into Cornwall, over Exmoor and Datrmoor as well as Lizard Point, before heading into West Wales and Pembrokeshire!

Only the organisers know where the 2009 rally will head, but once it's underway you can follow the teams live by clicking on the 'News' button for real time updates, and the 'Photos' button to see the images of each day's adventures!
